Food Protection Systems, Inc. offers an approved eight hour food safety class with an Illinois approved instructor and a national exam accredited by the Conference for Food Protection (ServSafe® exam), that is required for food establishments in the state of Illinois. As of July 1, 2014 anyone wanting the certificate for the first time and people renewing their certificates will attend the exact same 8 hour class including exam.
